For stays of two weeks or more, our pricing may be more affordable compared to nightly rentals, equating to approximately $215/night with no additional taxes.

Wi-Fi is shared with the main property and averages speeds of 30-40 Mbps, though specific areas may vary. Yes, tenants have 24/7 access. For security purposes, non-renting guests must leave by 11 PM unless prior approval is granted 24 hours in advance.
